Can I exchange an Apple Gift Card for the Netherlands to one for Belgium?

I recently purchased an Apple Gift Card on the Apple Store (Digital), but I accidentally bought one that is valid only for the Netherlands.

I live in Belgium and my Apple ID is set to Belgium, so unfortunately I cannot redeem the code.

The card has not been redeemed yet.

Is it possible to have this gift card exchanged, refunded, or converted to a Belgian Apple Gift Card instead?
