iPad pro M4 ios26 corner actions for screen shots and quick notes

Does corner actions still work in iOS 26 on iPadPRO? The choices are available in System Settings and I have ‘left diagonal slide ‘ for screen shots and ‘right ‘ for Quick notes but can’t get either to work. Has this been discarded in the new iOS 26?
