Why would my ipad have a orange dot on the black outline of the screen??

Its not the screen itself, like its not the orange microphone dot or the green camera dot thats shown sometimes. its like in the corner of the black outline of my screen. I have a 10th generation ipad and the dot is closest to the power button…and it looks the same just a little smaller than the dot thats also next to the camera. (not the microphone)

any idea what this is? is it screen damage?
