your phone is it connected to Mobile Data or is it connected to the same network as your mac?
What happens if you go to this link on your mac and hit play? Does it play?
I have a Microsoft Windows-based notebook with Apple Music installed via the Microsoft Store. Among the local broadcasters listed, only Kiss 92FM is playable; the others do not work.
If you stay in Singapore, perhaps you can validate the issue as well.

MacOS is connected to Wifi

It can't play on MacOS, see the error promoted
iOS has no issue.
Can't play Singapore local broadcaster on MacOS Apple Music but it works on iOS.
