Unable to install macOS Monterey on my MacBook Pro

I am Currently running Big Sur 11.7.10 which will be no longer supported and getting notices that I need to upgrade to Monterey IOS on my Mac Book Pro 15" Late 2013. I can't seem to find where I csan download it. Please help.

Monterey itself is no longer one of the "most recent three" - and when Apple releases Tahoe tomorrow, Ventura will fall out of the "most recent three", too. This implies that soon, vendors like Microsoft and Adobe will be supporting only Sonoma, Sequoia, and Tahoe.

However, if you need to run current applications from the likes of Microsoft and Adobe, it may be time to consider replacing that nearly 12-year-old MacBook Pro with a M4-series Mac notebook.
