Changed Media Folder Content Still Shows Old Media Folder Content

I moved the content of my original media folder for music (iTunes Media\Music) out of this folder to another folder. I then moved different music content into iTunes Media\Music. But, iTunes still displays the original music content. How do I get iTunes to display the replaced content instead of the original content?

iTunes doesn't constantly scan the media folder updating the library to show everything that is in it, and removing anything from the library that it can no longer find in the media folder. You can delete everything currently listed in the Songs view of the library (ctrl+A > delete), don't send anything to trash if prompted, then use File > Add Folder to Library to add the contents of the iTunes Media folder in order to get it to list what is now present there.
