My Apple TV purchases aren't syncing to iPad

I have a number of apple devices. I'm confused since only on my laptop and iMac I see all of my ourchased TV content (movies, series). On my ipad and iphone I only see part of the purchased contact, maybe half or less. I don't understand it. I've tried loggin out of icloud account on ipad and iphone, didn't bring the content back. Any tips?
