my I phone is in security lockout accidentally by my child. and now i cannot do anything. i have remembered my passcode and and apple id and there password. it completely locked me out. how to recovered data and gallery image.

If the phone is telling you that you can try again, after a security timeout, there is still hope for unlocking the phone by entering the correct passcode.
However, once you've made too many wrong guesses, the only ways back in involve wiping the data on the phone. Any data that isn't saved elsewhere (e.g. that wasn't synchronized to iCloud, included in iCloud backups, or copied to a computer) will be lost.
Hopefully you were using iCloud Photos, or making iCloud backups that included photos.
If there’s no timer shown, then your only option for data recovery is from a previous backup, as the data on this iPhone is gone.
