File missing from my iCloud account.

Hi I just wanted to make a complain because one of my Important file is missing from my iCloud account. I have been searching for this file for more than five days now and no where to be found. Not only that last year I upgrade so I get more space and this is what happen. Tell you the truth I'm devastated.
