Unable to download or update any app! Even WhatsApp!

I’m unable to download or update any apps, including WhatsApp. Each time I try, I’m redirected to sign in and asked to add another payment method. However, when I attempt to add one, it isn’t accepted, leaving me stuck and unable to proceed.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? What steps can I take to resolve it?

I suggest you contact Apple Support directly. Unlike the Apple users in this community forum, they will be able to look at the details of your account to try to pinpoint the exact issue.


To contact Support, do this: 

1. Click on this link --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support  

2. Select your country

3. Select: Billing & Subscriptions

4. Select: Subscriptions & Purchases

5. Select: Update payment method

6. Select a chat session or a phone call.
