Macbook air M1 with LG UltraWide 26WQ500-B

I would like to buy an ultrawide monitor which is the LG UltraWide 26WQ500-B

. I have a macbook air m1 and i have a USB-C adapter where i can plug in a hdmi cable. Will i experience lag, pixel shading, dark display? If yes, can i fix all the problems with betterdisplay app?
