apple intelligence is not working after the ios 18.6.2 update on my iphone

I did the iOS 18.6.2 update yesterday and I am getting the apple intelligence features. Even though in the settings it shows apple intelligence is on.

someone pls figure this out and help me

Force your iPhone to restart:

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo (this might take longer than 10 seconds).
