Mail icons display as blue boxes with question marks in Monterey on early 2015 MacBook Air

I have just upgraded from Big Sur to Monterey, on an Early 2015 MacAir, and now my mail doesn't display properly. Picture Icons just show Blue Boxes with a Question Mark in them. How can I resolve this ?. Many Thanks...
