I currently have a used iPad Pro M4 on my desk. It has the model number NVXU3 and the country code QA/A. It also appears to have a carrier lock. Does anyone know what country version it is?

That doesn't appear to be a valid model number.
The fact that it starts with an N means it's a device that was replaced by Apple. It should actually be MVXU3.
