iPad display brightness dim whenever I connect it to external monitor / Capture Card, any solution?

I stream gameplay, I noticed whenever I connect external display or Capture Card the iPad display brightness dim and it's affecting my gameplay.

And just so you know once I disconnect the external monitor or Capture Card the brightness comes back to normal.

I am using Elgato HD60 X capture Card.

Device - iPad PRO M2 (6th generation), iPadOS Version - 18.6.2

Any solution is highly appreciated.
