Unable to use Apple Pay due to Apple Cash scam

I purchased an item and subscription. It was a bogus company (micro nutrients) and I’ve tried contacting them, cancelled my subscription, and contacted Apple. They keep trying to bill me. I have no money in my Apple Pay so thank goodness they aren’t getting anything. Problem is this is a situation where I can’t use my Apple Pay anymore because of that. Any suggestions would be appreciated! How do I stop them from trying to get more money.

  • Apple Pay is simply a mechanism to use some credit or debit method to purchase things using Apple devices.
  • Apple Cash is one particluar method to house money that can be used to send to other folks, or purchase things, or receive money from other sources.

Being able to use Apple Pay simply requires a valid payment method underlying the Apple Pay. Apple Cash is one possible valid nethod. There are many others, such as accepted credit or debit cards.
