Apple watch ultra 2 - optimized charging completely broken after blood oxygen update

Has anyone else noticed that the optimized charging on Apple Watch Ultra 2 completely stopped working after the blood oxygen update? It used to always charge to 80% when I had it enabled in the watch settings (as it should!) so the great thing with that is that we are in control when we need our watch to charge to 100%. if we have optimized charging ON; the watch should *always* stop at 80% -or whatever % we set. Now it always charges to 100% even with optimized setting ON.
