How to fix iCloud storage issue to be able to back up iPhone

what should I do when I get the message There was a problem loading your iCloud Storage Details.

I seem to only be using a small amount of my storage but my iphone wont back up

As LD150 says, there are a huge number of texts and email threatening us with canceling our accounts or offering some other reason to click on the link they offer. DON"T!

You can see what's going on with your account at iCloud.com. Don't believe anything else.

Make sure it is not a scam, ie they ask you to sign in to correct the situation.
