Logging into Apple Podcasts for Creators

I would suggest reporting it Podcasts Support: Sign In - Apple , though if you haven't been able to complete the submission you may not be able to access them: in which case the next step is to contact Apple Support: Support

Don't present this as a podcasting problem - they don't handle those and will refer you to Podcasts Support. Present the problem as being the inability to access Podcasts Support. It's also been suggested that getting them to look at your Apple ID may clear matters.

I am having the same issue. When it logs me in, I just get a spinning icon on the page. I cannot access podcast creator support because the same spinning icon comes up.

When I contacted Apple support, the "top manager" was very unhelpful and essentially told me there was nothing that I could do, since they don't have support for podcast creators. She refused to link me to any other department, including Apple ID support, and then asked, "Is there anything else we can help you with today?"

If you have any luck, please let us know! It is so frustrating to not be able to access my own podcast!

I'm experiencing the same trouble. I can see from the greyed-out background that I'm logged in, but am unable to do anything. I've tried Safari, Chrome, and Firefox, all with the same result.
