Missing FaceTime in contact info on my daughter's iPhone 14

My daughter has an iPhone 14, but recently we’ve noticed that the video call doesn’t say FaceTime, nor does it show in her contact info in my phone. Is there a setting on either phone I need to look for to get that working again?
