Specific Route for Commute

Maps should have the option of programming in a specific route for my daily commute and have preset options to re-route me if another route would be faster by a certain number of minutes.

I already know what the fastest route is but Maps rarely gives me that option because it uses a local parkway instead of an interstate. I would like to program in my preferred route and then (for me) allow Mpas to suggest different routes if I can save 10 minutes or more.

What is particularly frustrating is that Maps frequently will suggest routes with double or triple tolls to save 2 minutes! That’s $15 up charge for maybe a couple of minutes saved. Not helpful!
