Periodically, I will be using navigation and it all of a sudden stops dictating directions in the middle of a trip. For example, it happened twice yesterday.

I put in the destination, and the voice said “ starting route to …”

after that, there were no dictated directions, only the turn by turn directions on the phone screen.

I checked the speaker icon, and there was an exclamation mark, which I could not get rid of. I stopped and restarted my phone and also clicked on the speaker icon. Nothing worked.
