Unable to add Colorado license to Apple Wallet. “Card Device Limit” error.

Am unable to add Colorado license to Apple Wallet. Am receiving “Card Device Limit” error which states that I have reached the maximum number of cards allowed by Colorado and instructs for the removal of the license from other devices.

i have NOT added the Colorado license to other devices. I have added it to the My Colorado app. Per the Colorado DMV we can add the license to BOTH the My Colorado and the Apple Wallet. The Colorado DMV reset my license provisioning. And, I still receive the “Card Device Limit” error.

The Genius Bar had me reset my iPhone but that did not help.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem?
