in my Apple wallet, Apple has been charging my debit card multiple times over the past few months, yet I have not purchased anything and no purchases show up in my history… Nor are there any subscriptions active. Please help.!

Purchase History usually related to purchases made on Apple's apps like the App Store, iTunes Store, and Books Store. It usually has nothing to do with the Wallet App. Where the operations are usually labeled as "Transactions".
If the charge is appearing in the Wallet App under your card, then it should say what its for specifically.
If it's appearing as "apple.com/bill" then you can identify the charge by following the steps in the support document linked below.

Anything else, would be charged by whatever it says its being charged for, which would not be directly by Apple.

Have you possibly subscribed to something not from Apple? Some merchant offers on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok can easily be confused with an Apple Subscription.
It’s also possible that your payment method is compromised and being used by someone else. We really need more information about who the merchant is in order to assist any further.
