Apple Music not working properly on apple watch.

SO this has happened multiple times now. I have music downloaded on my apple watch. i try to listen to this music because don't have my phone with me or it's dead and it just stops playing after ten seconds. Press play again, ten more seconds til paused. It's INFURIATING. the music is DOWNLOADED TO THE WATCH. I have NEVER had any problems on any device playing downloaded content. only this **** apple watch. It was given to me, and i like it, but this is the one thing that is gonna keep me from ever buying one myself if it breaks. it's essentially an apple mp3 player with the time and date on it for me.

Soooooo what gives? this is your native music app, being used on an apple product, listened to through apple airpods. WHERE IS THE DISCONNECT?
