what is the best virtualization software for MacBook pro

I wanted to use my new MacBook Pro for school but I didn’t want to create a new Apple ID so all my files merged into the new machine. Can I create a virtual machine to separate from my personal files; what is the best software?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 15.6

I’m not sure to understand what you are trying to do.

You could create a separate user account on the Mac for your school data. This way your personal data and school data would be segregated.

An Apple Account allows you to synchronize data (contacts, calendars…) between devices (and also between Mac user accounts if you use the same Apple Account.) This is for you to decide whether you want to synchronize data. You can always not configure an Apple Account on one Mac user account or disable the synchronization of specific data.
