iPad cellular network is getting slow compared to my other Apple devices

I use a 2021 ipad pro 2nd generation which supports cellular network

I've noticed my ipad getting lower download speed compared to my phones for eg

My 1st phone gets around 300 to 350 Mbps

My 2nd phone gets 300 ish

And the ipad only gets 50 mbps

this makes downloads a heck lot slower

If you are consistently getting different speeds on different devices I suggest check that you are comparing like with like. Make sure the iPhones are not connecting with WiFi, or on a different cellular service.

With that possible confusion checked, the most likely cause for different cellular speeds would be provisioning and data rates enabled at the provider side (for example you might be paying extra for faster service on some devices). Check with your cellular provider.

The thing is that all my devices get internet from the same company and I pay for the same pack (maybe better) but still the issue Persists. It may be that I think so my ipad can't support 5g probably, it's probably time for a upgrade as it's pretty hard to use with such low speeds

Yes, and all your devices have separate cellular accounts. So even with the same provider the network settings for each device can be different. And perhaps with your service provider they deliberately throttle accounts for tablets such as iPads. Again, as you were told, you need to contact the provider.

First thing to check: Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN, then restart your device. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN, but probably shouldn't.

If that isn’t the problem, or doesn’t fix it:

  • Open Settings
    • Tap General
    • Tap Transfer or Reset Phone
    • Tap  Reset
    • Tap Reset Network Settings

    • This will erase all Wi-Fi passwords, but will not result in any other data loss.

Post back with the results of either, and if neither fixes it there are additional things to check.
