Unable to customize Yahoo home page format and contents on iMac

My home page has changed - I'd like to change format contents - I tried to delete sections and investigated everywhere on line but no luck - please help

Yahoo recently changed their format (my better half was none too pleased). Nothing you can do other than contact Yahoo.

If you are asking about the format of any particular web page, that would be up to the website designer. Look into its settings, Help features, etc.
