Sharing iCloud account for photo storage on iPhone 8

My husband has upgraded iCloud storage(1 tv), can I use his iCloud account to share my photos from my iPhone? I have iPhone 8. If yes how upload my photos to his account?

You would have to create a Family Sharing account to do that. See this: Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support

That is the only way you can share his iCloud storage account.
