Buying a refurbished MacBook Air with Instalment Plan for Students in Italy

I am a first-year master's student of Computer Science and Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, Italy. I want to buy a new laptop for myself for my studies and work in the future. I am originally from Egypt, still have no work, flying to Italy next week, and not able to pay that much at the beginning. Is there anyway that I can have an instalment plan for my case.
