2023 Macbook Pro 16" - Paid $5500 through Apple. Please help me assess the fair value of this laptop.

Check marketplaces like eBay to see what similarly configured Macs are selling for.

cost me $5500 directly through Apple.com to order this customized Macbook Pro 16" w/ a 1TB SSD.

How much is it worth now with 3 years of Applecare on it, considering it has zero cosmetic or other defects.

It was bought in late 2023

If the Mac serves your current needs then hang on to it. Otherwise, it will not appreciate in resale value the longer you keep it… regardless of its configuration.
