Upgrade from macOS Ventura to macOS Sonoma
I want to upgrade my 2020 iMac from Ventura to Sonoma. Is there a better place to upgrade than using the App Store?

Note that the iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020) is compatible with Sequoia (macOS 15), and will be compatible with Tahoe (macOS 26), once Apple makes Tahoe available in a few days from now (on September 15, 2025).
Thanks so much for your info, Servant of Cats. I would really love to upgrade to Sequoia, and later to Tahoe. However, my decision to do so is still undecided. As I use Lightroom and Photoshop, I am a bit reluctant to do so as there is quite a bit of discussion from users that these two OSs are not as compatible with this software as they need to be. Adobe's fault, not Apple's.
