How do I check the RAM on my iPad 7th generation?

According to MacTracker, the 7th generation Pad has 3 GB of RAM. The iPad normally manages RAM usage on its own, but if you are running a game that needs RAM, you might want to close other apps before starting that game, to give the game access to as much RAM as possible.

If you really meant to ask about storage, then your iPad has either 32 GB or 128 GB of that, depending upon which variant you ordered.

Your internal storage configuration can be seen in iPad Settings:

Settings > General > About

You are able see how much internal storage has been used - and how much remains available - here:
