Photos app lacks album selection for social media uploads on Mac

While uploading photos on fb or any social media platform we see photos option but we don't see the albums there, it comes with a mix of all photos videos together and exactly here it is being non user-friendly PC, so please Apple solve this problem by putting the whole album from photos as option.

I think that you have misunderstood-- we are not Apple. This is a community of users like you. We can't go around changing operating systems.

In the Photos Media Picker, the search field works, so you can take advantage of that. One way is to pick the pictures on the Mac and add a (perhaps temporary) keyword, and then in Safari search for that. You can also use the Search field and search for the album name.

Another option is to export the pictures to a folder on the Desktop (or somewhere,) and go there instead of to Photos. The big advantage is that you can use the File>Export dialog to set the size and quality of the pictures, so you'r not trying to send 10MB files when, for a website, 0.5 MB is typically plenty big. You can also strip private information from the picture.
