Lost all photos and apps after iCloud sign out

“My photo deleted, pls help: I need help. My photos from 2022 to 2025 were deleted from my phone,and deleted apps all and at the same time the phone was signed out of iCloud. How can I solve this problem? Who should I contact?”

Troubleshooting Lost Photos:

Loss of data is something you would have agreed to upon opening an Apple Account. So, if the following does not work, then they are gone. That's just the way it is :(

Four Tactics to Try:

A. Start here: If you're Missing Photos or Videos in the Photos app - Apple Support

B. Check iCloud Directly:

See if they reside in iCloud Photos. Log in here: https://www.icloud.com/photos

C. Use a Time Machine Backup:

Did you backup your Mac, recently? If so, then restore your Mac from that. You'd backup you Mac prior to doing so, and then restore your data from the backup you just created, through use of Migration Assistant.

Download All of iCloud:

If you wanted to, you could download all of iCloud, and then search what is in there. Perform my User Tip: Getting a Quick and Direct "iCloud Drive-to-External Hard Drive" Download - User Tip. You would then use the Search Bar in a Finder window to browse all of iCloud.

We understand that, and we sympathize. We've all lost important stuff. TheLittles provided good information. But of course, we can't know exactly what you've done. Heck, half the time I don't even know what I've done! And that may be the case for you. That's why we keep backups of our stuff on external drives. So it sounds like you need to go to your backup.

But Mark Twain didn't have a computer! Keeping all your digital stuff in one place is looking for trouble. So if you don't keep your own backups to an external drive, then there really isn't any place else to look.

Missing Apps:

As for those apps having gone missing, view you purchase history, and see if they are seen in the App Store. If so, that’s where you’d get these apps. If not accessible, then they’ve been removed from the App Store, and there is nothing you can do about that. That all has to do with licensing between Apple and the Developer.
