Writing tools does not work well

Hello, I’m not very fluent in English, and when I want to write TikTok comments in English, I use the writing tools to help me with my grammar. However, whenever I click the writing tools option or the Apple AI logo, it immediately opens and closes. Does anyone know why this happens? How can I fix it? Is there a specific requirement to use the writing tools? By the way, I’ve already typed this problem and can use the writing tools.
