Where can I find the white paper for Apple Log 2 introduced with the iPhone 17?

The white paper for Log 2 will be similar when it's released. Just that maybe some numbers may be changed.

White papers are not related until after the product is public. And sometimes, there's a gap between product release and white paper release. I'd not worry about it until it's working in public devices first. It should be easy to find (and probably linked to in many review articles) once it goes public.

And they are really easy to find. Scroll down that page and look under the "White Papers" section.

I searched the public developer site but don't see any video related Log 2 items yet. Perhaps there will be something that shows up in AVFoundation at some point.

Nice that the FCC 2.0 announcement mentions the "upcoming release of FCP 11.2."

I would argue that there are many technical users here that welcome detailed white paper information on Apple's video related technologies in order to incorporate them into their production workflows.

This is a user to user only forum, which Apple doesn't participate. As as user, I can honestly say I have no clue what an Apple Log2 White Paper is, or whether it can found online. I doubt other users here will know either.

Apple hasn’t released all that much detail about the Log 2 support for ProRes and HEVC quite yet, or about the Final Cut Camera 2.0 release, though I’d expect more info will be arriving.
