Hello all,
I recently purchased the Pimsleur Dutch language package and have been downloading them to both my iPhone 8 and iPad Air M2. I see them downloading in the Pimsleur app but can’t find them.
On line searches suggest they should be in the files folder but I am not seeing them there.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, we inform you that the option to download the lessons is only available via our mobile app, this feature is not available in our website due to security of the information.
Also is important to inform you that the lessons downloaded in the mobile devices like iPad are available only via the application, the files are encrypted to be reproduced only with the Pimsleur application and cannot be founded in the device files.
So, case solved. 🤷🏼
