FaceTime activation error on iPhone 13

Hello everyone,

I recently bought an iPhone 13, and I’ve been facing a problem with FaceTime activation. Every time I try to enable FaceTime in the settings, I get an error message saying that the activation cannot be completed.

I already tried different methods:

restarting the device,

checking my internet connection,

signing out and signing back into my Apple ID,

even attempting to create a new Apple ID.

But none of these solutions worked. FaceTime still shows an activation error.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Maybe there is a known solution or a way to contact Apple directly to fix this issue?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Hello, thank you for your reply.

I have already tried all the suggested steps (latest iOS, correct date and time, restart, turning iMessage and FaceTime on/off, checking with my carrier about international SMS). The SMS is sent, the fee is charged, but FaceTime activation still fails with an error.

It looks like the issue is not with my device or my carrier, but something on Apple’s side. Could someone from support please help me investigate this further?
