Passkey password required for email forwarding on Mac

i tried to forward an article from a news site. when i try my computer goes to my "mail" account which looks like my yahoo account. When i hit send a pop up comes up asking whether i want to "allow' always allow or deny " using this and it asks for my "passkey password " or i can't send it ot keep it in the drafts section. I've tried my apple id password and my yahoo password and nothing works.

what is passkey password and how do i find it?
