Interpreting grey screen time on daughter's iPhone

My daughter’s screen time has large chunks of grey, which don’t say what app or website etc is being used. She says she wasn’t on her phone at this time. What does the grey mean?

I’m not too sure on what’s going on here, but I believe it’s time your daughter has spent surfing the web. I look at my screen time (I set it up for myself to stop me from getting addicted to my iPhone)

and I have grey in mine as well. I know that I had spent the time in grey on websites, so it’s probably that.

If it isn’t websites, it might signify the day before, but I’m not too sure on that one.

Hope I helped
