I'm looking to install MacOS Sierra 10.12 from Apple Support, though my browser says it can't be downloaded safely, Can I go through with letting it in my computer or should I actually be concerned? I'm using Microsoft Edge as a browser.

I have no issues or warnings using Firefox. It may be what you need to be concerned about is using Microsoft Edge as your browser?
