Facetime notifications not showing on iphone after deleting esim

I recently traveled to europe and used the nomad esim. I had this esim for my imessage and facetime. When I returned, I deactivated and deleted it. Now, however, when someone tries to facetime me, I don't get notifications pushed through to my iphone. My imessage still works perfectly fine, and people can call my phone number, it's only facetime notifs. I still receive facetime notifications to my macbook and ipad, but not on my phone. I tried turning on and off facetime on my phone, and restarting it, and nothing has worked.
