iPhone 16 pro slowness , lagging, intermittent keyboard hanging issue

Troubleshooting done:

1. force restart
2. disabled motion
3. disabled high refresh rate
4. disabled repeat keys mode for keyboard issue
5. cleared cache from safari and chrome
6. turned off apple intelligence(not really intelligent)
7. turned off many app's background refresh.

Basically I converted pro phone to basic. Major problem is, unable to share links from Chrome or safari or uber to whatsapp or any messages. Workaround is manually copying links and paste in messengers.
