VoiceOver tutorial freezes on new MacBook Air

New Macbook air 13 inches sky blue 24gb

The voice over tutorial freeze on page 7, I tried the commands and it does not allow me to complete it and move to the next page.

I have shutdown the computer feel times and everytime I need to restart the tutorial.

Has anyone got any tips to share or is this a technical glitch?

It is over 2 hours trying to get the device set up.

For a new MacBook Air: Seems you would qualify for complimentary technical support for software and hardware, so you may want to contact the experts at Apple support.
