No sound on external USB Sound Bar for any videos in photos or exported videos from photos

No sound on external USB Sound Bar for any videos in photos or exported videos from photos. However, Sound from system messages, youtube, any other browser sounds, Facebook, Twitter(x), Spotify ALL work when the external sound bar is turned on. It shows in system settings that its using it as the output, the videos are not muted. It is the strangest thing. I have rebooted.

The kicker? If I change the device settings of the sound output to the macbook itself, it works... For some reason the photos app or quicktime if I export them, do not like outputting sound to the USB soundbar...
