iCloud Passwords not working on Microsoft Edge

iCloud Passwords extension was working properly. but after installing iCloud again from the official apple website, the extension stopped working.

After deleting both extension and iCloud from my windows 11 pc, and after installing them again and again and after trying several times to solve it, I am still unable to make the extension work and whenever I click on it its showing download iCloud for Windows message, any suggestions how to fix this issue???

My iPhone is 13 Pro Max with iOS 18.6, my laptop is Lenovo Legion Slim 7, my operating system is Windows 11 home single language edition.
