Restore from backup using Apple Devices on Windows 11 takes ages

Hi, I did a backup of my phone, size of the backup file is 210GB. The back up file was created by "Apple Devices" application on Windows 11. The back up only took few minutes from memory. I just wanted to get the photos out of my backup file, but it's taking a while, it's been more than 5 hours. There should be at least a percentage on how far it has gone through, but it was just stuck in "Restoring from backup..." message.

I restarted the restore process again and planning to run it overnight.

Is there anything I need to do differently?
