iPhone 16 Pro Max screen randomly goes black

I have purchased a new iPhone 16 Promax in June 2025 in Pakistan. I am facing a very critical issue i.e. the screen of iPhone becomes completely black. I can listen ringtone of call, messages , WhatsApp etc. but I can not see any thing on screen, and I am unable to receive call ,to see messages etc. its look like that phone is dead and of no use. this situation continues from 10 to 40 minutes. I am worry about it.

is there any solution?
