Retrieving a hidden file on iPad
I have created one file and later made as hidden. Now i could not able to retrieve

Other than photos that have a hidden album, iPadOS doesn't natively support hiding of files.

If you have used a third-party App to hide files on your iPad, you'll need to use the same App to recover files that you have locked/hidden.
